一、不管是大公司,还是小公司,那怕是小装修队,都是有好有坏的。我们不能说大公司就是黑心,也不能说小装修队就是不行。

我刚来深圳时,还是一个小孩子,那时候我叔公家来深圳较早,他们家的装修是一个小包头工做的,当然设计好不了那去,但是那个包工头就是很负责。听叔公说,那个包工头刚来深圳时,踩着一辆破单车,其实也是民工,不存在什么设计,但是他很精明,他计算的材料几乎是不会有任何浪费的,现在这个人的身家已经有几千万元了。但是他仍然没有注册公司,现在仍然窝缩在罗湖的一个商住楼里,不过手下多了不少人马。虽然现在富了,但是现在旧客户给他打个电话,他仍然会亲自为他们解决问题。

不幸的是,另一个没有良心的包工头却在承包我自己家的装修。那时候我家在装修,反正装修得一塌糊涂了。在以前我的文章中也有说明,我爸在几年后的一次聊天时跟我说,他说那个包工头买回来的砖他双手可以轻易把它折断。家里的马桶没有几天就坏了,水管也经常坏。墙漆轻轻一刮,就会露出底层的灰来。不过我后来出来工作后,我家的简单修理还是我妈叫这个包工头去办。只是这个包工头非常害怕见到我,后来打过几次电话想从我手上接一些业务,我说没门!前几天刚在路上遇到他,开着一辆破得不能再破的"小绵羊"女装摩托车,那种落泊样子,真的很悲惨。

从上面的例子中,我们可以看到,不管是装修公司,还是装修队,就像人有好有坏一样,存在着多样性。

二、人的因素:人决定了事情的后果(不可抗力除外)。设计师有好有差,装修包工头和装修工人也有好有坏。

在1998年我的一个承建的工程中,有一个楼下的业主来参观。看了相当满意就问在场的工人是谁承包的。当时只有油漆工在场施工,油漆工就答是他承包的。于是这个业主就带着他去看了楼下的房子,双方就洽谈相关的事宜。过了几天,有一个管工来找我,说油漆工有一个朋友要装修,想借我的牌照用一下,我说不行。后来楼下的业主上来找我工地的管工。原来,油漆工拿了楼下业主的15000元预付款后就跑了。当然,这事只能是楼下业主自认倒霉。说实在一句,油漆工的手艺是不错的,至少我认同这点。但是他的为人却太坏了。我也庆幸当初我没有把牌照借给对方,否则这事我就倒大霉了。

后来的工作过程中,我又遇到了一个工人。不过不同的是,这个工人为人非常好。这个工程是一个新房子,但是预装修的,业主是该大厦发展商上级公司的一个总务处长。可能是因为这个大厦有不少业主是上级公司的头目,所以,这个工程的质量是不错的。由于工程项目中的地面要铺木地板,需要拆除地面的砖。我把工程的拆除任务交给了一个工人。这个地砖非常难拆,虽然是刚铺不到三个月的,但是6个工人拆得血淋淋(碎片弹跳),用了一周的时间,终于整个地面拆除了。由始至终,这些工人都没有向我诉过一次苦,也没有索取多一分钱。所以在后来很长的时间里,我绝大多数的工程拆卸任务都是交给这个工人的直到他后来回老家结婚没再来深圳为止。
三、人都是会犯错的,问题在于发生问题后的解决态度。
只要自认是凡人,那么做事就不可能100%不犯错误的,对于从事装修的人来说,也是如此。

这点上面请恕我用自己做例子。在我做的工程中,我一直有固定的供货商的,他们也一直很守信誉。后来我一个很亲的亲戚,因为在过去的日子里面,他母亲曾经帮我家很大的忙,后来她儿子在深圳开了一家地板经销商。于是我就试试跟他要了一批货,虽然我订这批货是用了很明显高于市场价进的,因为他进货的厂家也是我介绍的,事实上他也不可能拿到比我更便宜的货,因为厂里面的老总是我一个很谈得来的哥们,我们经常谈论有关木地板的技术问题,他帮我进的这一批货没有问题,后来我又有一个工地需要进货。于是我又通知他给我送一样的货(我有提供样板的)。货到了之后,我当时因为时间太忙没有去验货。管工通知我说地板有问题,色差太大。但是我相信了他,因为他向我解释说没问题,于是我相信了他。结果过了两天我去工地时才发现了问题。这批板很明显的是一批俗称A级板和一批B级板混合的。市场价两者相差高达40元一平方米。说实在,我真的很气愤。因为观感效果差(使用上是没有问题的),后来这批地板全部拆除,包括原购地板费用、拆除费用、新购地板费用、和新安装地板的费用我共花掉了整整35000多元,这些费用全部我自己负担,也因为人情债的原因,我也无法向这个亲戚追索赔偿,只有自己认了。
