3. Corrosion-resistant aluminum foil Corrosion-resistant aluminum foil products have a corrosion-resistant protective layer on the surface. The air-conditioning heat-exchange sheet made of this product can be used in relatively harsh areas and can significantly increase the service life of air conditioners. At the same time, due to the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the heat exchange sheet, the generation of surface corrosion powder is greatly reduced, thereby improving the ventilation quality and purifying the air in the air-conditioned room.

4, hydrophilic aluminum foil hydrophilic aluminum foil surface has a strong hydrophilicity. Hydrophilic performance is determined by the angle formed by the water that adheres to the surface of the aluminum foil. The smaller the a angle is, the better the hydrophilic property is, and on the contrary, the worse the hydrophilic property is. In general, the angle a is less than 35. That is, hydrophilic properties. Hydrophilic aluminum foil is generally used in the air conditioning condenser. Its main function is to make the moisture in the hot air condense into droplets on the heat exchange sheet and spread easily to flow down the sheet. In this way, it is possible to avoid the influence of the “overlap” of the water droplets between the heat exchange sheets on the ventilation effect of the heat exchanger, thereby improving the heat exchange rate of the air conditioner, and also saving electric energy under the condition of equal cooling capacity. At present, the general hydrophilic aluminum foil in the market has a better hydrophilicity in addition to the surface, and also has a high corrosion resistance, so that the performance of the air conditioner is further optimized.

5, hydrophobic aluminum foil Water-repellent aluminum foil, also known as water-repellent aluminum foil, its surface properties and hydrophilic aluminum foil is just the opposite. That is, when the condensed water condenses on the surface of the aluminum foil, the contact angle with the aluminum foil is relatively large, generally 75. the above. The larger the angle, the better the water repellency. The use of hydrophobic aluminum foil is the same as the end-use hydrophilic aluminum foil, ie, no condensed water remains between the heat exchange foils. The difference lies in that the hydrophobic aluminum foil is used to increase the contact angle between the condensate and the heat exchange fins so that the condensate forms a water drop that easily slides off and the purpose of removing the condensation water between the heat exchange fins is achieved.

6, self-lubricating aluminum foil air conditioning heat exchange film in the processing process generally first in its surface plus lubricants, and then punching flanging, and later washed with trichloroethylene to remove the oil. Since trichloroethylene is harmful to the human body, in order to reduce this process, a self-lubricating aluminum foil is accordingly produced. Self-lubricating aluminum foil, as its name suggests, does not need to be separately lubricated in the punching process. The lubrication of the self-lubrication aluminum foil is carried by the pre-treated film on the surface of the aluminum foil. Since no special lubrication is required, subsequent trichloroethylene cleaning and drying steps are also eliminated.

7. Mildew-proof aluminum foil The mildew-proof aluminum foil is mainly used in the empty-falling indoor unit. Its main function is to prevent the surface of the heat exchange sheet from being moldy due to the use or long time of storage, thereby significantly improving the air-falling ventilation quality and preventing the generation of The normal odor effectively improves the environment of the air-conditioned room.
