Peanut planting application of calcium fertilizer increased production significantly

Calcium promotes the formation of pods, reduces pods and increases the number of fruit. The application of calcium fertilizer lime in acid soils can also reduce soil acidity and favor nitrogen fixation. Therefore, calcium fertilizer can increase peanut yield and quality. The peanut is deficient in calcium, the plant grows slowly, the roots are weak, the irregular white spots appear on the edges and leaves of the old leaves, the petiole becomes weak, and the new leaves are small, which affects the peanut yield. Both lime and gypsum can be used as base fertilizer and top dressing. Acidic soil generally uses about 50 kilograms of lime per mu, and is applied as a base fertilizer when combined with cultivated land. When used as top dressing, it can be applied to the peanut pod area in combination with cultivating soil in the early flowering stage. The application of lime in slightly acidic soil should be applied once every 2-3 years, and should not be applied annually to prevent soil compaction. Gypsum is generally applied in alkaline soil. In saline-alkaline soil, pH is also adjusted to reduce the toxic effect of saline-alkali on peanut roots. Gypsum can also be applied on neutral and slightly acidic soils, generally 5-7.5 kg per mu.

Centrifuge Tubes

Centrifuge tubes are used in laboratory centrifuges, machines that spin samples in order to separate solids out of liquid chemical solutions. The centrifuge tubes can be made of glass or plastic, and resemble miniature test tubes with tapered tips. They are mainly used in series test like the centrifuge of nucleic acid
