Research on Key Technology Application of Assembly and Testing of a High Speed ​​Aluminum Alloy Engine

Abstract: This paper focuses on the key technologies in the development of a 10000r/min high-speed aluminum alloy engine. The key elements and control aspects of the manufacture, assembly and testing of the core components of the engine are described. The failure of the example analysis application, provides a certain guiding role for the development of new engines, I hope to help readers.

1 Introduction

This paper briefly introduces the key technologies in the assembly test of a high-speed engine during the development and production process. The engine has a rated speed of 10000r/min and a high-speed gasoline engine with a displacement of 1 liter. Its lifting power is 117.6kw/L. The basic process of engine development is to first carry out the reliability test, durability test and stability test of the engine after improving the design, product matching and completion of the prototype assembly interference inspection on the basis of the physical object; this paper briefly introduces its assembly test. At the same time, a brief analysis of the engine failures is given.

2. The overall structure of the EFI engine

The EFI engine consists of two parts: the engine mechanical body and the ECU electronic control system. The engine body is mainly composed of a crankcase body, a piston connecting rod set, a crankshaft flywheel group, a gas distribution mechanism, a cooling lubrication system, and an exhaust system. The ECU electronic control system consists of several parts: fuel supply, ignition start system, and fuel injection. The airframe is mainly composed of a cylinder block, a cylinder head, a cylinder liner, a cylinder head gasket and an oil sole; the piston connecting rod group is mainly composed of a piston, a piston ring and a connecting rod; the crankshaft flywheel group comprises a crankshaft and a flywheel, and the gas distribution mechanism comprises a camshaft, Push rod, rocker arm, spring. The engine mechanical body mainly completes the transportation of water, gas, oil (oil and fuel), and controls the operation and cooperation of each road through the circuit.
