Japan will realize space solar power generation system in 2030

Japan Aerospace Development Agency (JAXA has begun experimenting with microwave power transmission systems that send power from the satellite to the earth. A series of experiments have been conducted at the multipurpose space center in Hokkaido. Researchers have used a 2.4-meter diameter transmission antenna to send the microbeam to 50 meters. In addition, for home use, the next step will be to build a bigger, more powerful system.

Japan Aerospace Development Agency (JAXA researchers announced on September 17, 2009 that it has begun developing space solar power systems (SSPS SSPS will consist of large-scale solar collectors on satellites that are 36,000 km away from the Earth’s surface and synchronized with Earth's rotation). .

Before the depleted fossil fuels of the century, the development of alternative energy sources for solar power will be implemented in the future.

Japan is developing 1GW of space solar power station technology with 4 square kilometers of solar panels. These solar panels are expected to run for 30 years. It is said that because the solar power station will be set in space, the generation of electricity from solar energy will not be limited by climate conditions, unlike the solar power stations on Earth that will cause loss of power generation performance on a cloudy day. The satellite can then convert the sunlight into an electric microwave (or laser) beam, which will help the earth accept the station and convert it into electricity.

Japan’s Ministry of Commerce and the Aerospace Development Agency will lead the project and plan to launch a small satellite with solar panels in 2015 to send electricity back through space through the ionosphere test in the outermost layer of Earth’s atmosphere. The electricity sent back by this solar power station will provide electricity for about 500,000 households in Tokyo and will be fully operational by 2030.

The space solar power system research group consists of 16 companies, including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Corporation, which will invest 2 trillion yen (14.5 billion euros) in 4 years to develop this technology and use microwaves to send electricity without cables.

30XD Extra Long Drill

In metal cutting, hole processing is the most common process. In hole processing, drill drilling is the basic process.

When drilling, if the hole on the workpiece is very deep, carbide deep hole drills should be used at this time.

Specially used for processing deep hole drills, deep hole drills. In processing, holes with an aperture ratio greater than 6 are usually called deep holes. Due to the poor rigidity of the drill rod, it is difficult to remove heat and debris during deep hole drilling, and it is easy to bend and vibrate. Cooling and cooling systems are usually used to solve cooling and chip removal problems. In the automotive, mold and aerospace industries, deep hole drill bits are very popular.
