"Miss Qiqi" currently uses QMilch for part of the women's wear. Domask intends to introduce garments made entirely of QMilch and enter the men's wear market.
Special fiber
QMilch is completely chemical-free and is extracted from milk that cannot be used for food production. The fabric made from it has good shape and color stability, a silky texture, no taste, and can be washed. The production process is quite environmentally friendly and the price is lower than acrylic.
During the study, Domask tested the milk of different animals, including sheep, goats, and cattle, and found that only casein in milk was suitable for fiber formation. She said: "The protein contained in milk is good for skin, and milk fiber can keep people's skin young."
This invention won the German Innovation Textile Award in July this year. Domask said: "Biological clothing is a major trend in the development of the fashion industry, and we are at the front."
