The first cry of the first grade technician Hirotaka Hirai (due to the death of cancer in January 1997).
About Hirai Kenji:
Died in January 1997. Facility management First class technician, nuclear accident investigation national meeting consultant, nuclear worker labor relief center representative, Hokuriku power Shiga nuclear power plant discontinued litigation The plaintiff was specially assisted, Tohoku power Utsugawa nuclear power ceased litigation The plaintiff Special assistant, Fukushima No. 2 nuclear power plant The No. 3 machine stopped the litigation of the plaintiff witness. After the death of the representative of the Nuclear Worker Labor Relief Center, he was not shut down because of successors. "I'm not an anti-nuclear activist. I've been working in a nuclear power plant for 20 years. There are endless listening and anti-nuclear theories in the community, but I only have I want to tell everyone here: "The so-called nuclear power plants are such a thing." Most people do not know the actual situation within nuclear power. I hope you have the patience to read this article. The so-called nuclear power may be different from what you think. There, workers who suffer from radiation contamination every day, as well as severe contempt, are born.
My specialty is responsible for internal piping construction and maintenance of large chemical plants. At the age of 30, Japan started a wave of nuclear power construction. The intricate piping inside nuclear power is just a great stage for me to develop my expertise. Therefore, I was entrusted by nuclear power manufacturers and long-term supervisory personnel on the project site. It took 20 years for a dazzling display.
"Safety" is a paper on the Great Hanshin Earthquake in January 1995. The next day I went to Kobe to see the dumped Shinkansen and the broken highway. Can not help but initiate a thought. Because these public construction projects have many similarities with nuclear power plants. Everyone may think that the construction of nuclear power, the Shinkansen, and expressways, which are critical to human lives, should be strictly controlled by the government on weekdays. But seeing the fallen elevated pillars is not a mixture of concrete in the initial stage of the construction of the wood chips, welding is not a mess. Why do these things happen? This is not only the construction unit's unwillingness. In fact, the essence of the problem is that we are all too focused on "theoretical security."
"Prime nuclear power"
Inside the nuclear power plant, iron wire falls into the atomic furnace, and the manipulators who get stuck in the piping are left unchecked. Why is this? Because there are too few “real-life **s†in the project site. No matter how perfect the design of nuclear power is, the actual construction cannot be exactly the same as the original design. The blueprint for nuclear power is always based on the absolute premise of top technology workers, and it is a perfect design that cannot tolerate errors. However, no one has ever discussed whether our on-site personnel have such an ability.
The early construction sites will always be called “squad leaders†by experienced veterans. They are more experienced than young supervisors, and they are honored and do not allow mistakes to occur in their own hands. But now, the old ** has almost carved zero. Construction companies use “unexpected experience†as their qualification for recruitment. These inexperienced individuals do not know the horrors of nuclear accidents, nor do they know how important the parts they are responsible for. Tokyo Electric Power’s Fukushima nuclear power had almost caused major accidents that engulfed the world because the wire fell into the atomic furnace. The worker who lost the wire knew that he had made a mistake, but could not imagine that this mistake would have caused such a terrible accident. This is the actual state of nuclear power now.
The old ** retired one by one. The builders also found out about this matter. Therefore, the engineering drawings are simplified as much as possible, and a manufacturing manual that is understood by rookie is made. The rookie team assembled various parts on the spot like wood. They do not know what they are doing now, nor can they understand the importance of this part. This is one of the reasons for the frequent transmission of nuclear power plant accidents.
Because of the danger of radiation from nuclear power plants, it is difficult to cultivate human resources on site. The power plant's job site is both dark and hot, and must wear a protective clothing cover. The operators cannot directly communicate with each other. How can this be passed on to new people? What's more, the better the technology, the higher the frequency of his entry into the highly polluted area. They will soon exceed the prescribed exposure to radioactivity and will no longer be able to operate in nuclear power plants. Therefore, more and more rookie workers.
Let's take the pipe welding **! Professional welders usually have eyes that will be unbearable after 30 years of use, and will not be able to complete some delicate work. Therefore, the oil plant, which requires many delicate operations, will no longer employ these workers. In order to make a living, these people had to go to nuclear power plants that would be willing to employ them.
Everyone may be wrong. Think of the nuclear power plant as a high-tech precursor. Nuclear power is not as high as you think. The nuclear power plants that these rookies do will bring us endless disasters in the future.
"Inspector with false name"
Okay, maybe someone would say that even if nuclear power is really covered by Amateurs, then it's better to supervise its headline. I want to explain to you that the monitoring system is the bigger problem of nuclear power. The real inspection is that the prosecutor pointed out that the problematic part said: "You are not good at welding here. Come, let me teach you how to stick." This is called inspection. But the prosecutors usually have no real skill. They only read well-organized reports, listened to the brilliant reports of the builders, and looked at the brightly lit venues. The surface was judged to be qualified without any major problems. This is the supervision of nuclear power.
In a previous speech, a technical official once confessed: "Oh, it's very embarrassing. Our department is afraid that going to the nuclear power station will be polluted by radiation, so we never send our own people to on-site inspections. We always look for staff from the Ministry of Agriculture. To supervise, yesterday, people who taught people to raise silkworms and raise fish were sent to nuclear power prosecutors the next day. The inspection chief of the Meibin Nuclear Power Plant in Fukui Prefecture was responsible for checking rice before taking office.†Is it really reliable to issue nuclear power with permission to operate?
When the major emergency of the emergency heart cooling system (ECCS) occurred at Tokyo Electric Power's Fukushima nuclear power plant, the chief of inspection responsible for supervising the nuclear power station knew about it through the next-day newspaper. This incident was also reported by the media under the heading of "a major nuclear power accident. The prosecutor was kept in the dark." In fact, we cannot blame the power company. In the tens of thousands of emergency scenes, it is too late to eliminate the accident. Who is still free to explain the current situation to a three-year-old who does not understand anything? So they will not put the prosecutor on the scene, so officials are always out of condition.
The prosecutor could not proceed without saying OK. They do not understand anything. They only understand the surface but have too much authority. When I was still in office, I always called on the government to organize a completely independent third-party organization to find some old ** who had real skills in plumbing or mechanical assembly to become procurators. They could see at a glance where there was bad welding or Cut corners. However, speaking again, the government's policy has not changed.
"Regular care is also a good thing."
Every year for a nuclear power unit, it must be shut down for regular maintenance. Because the atomic furnace will produce up to 150 air pressures, steam and hot water at 300 degrees Celsius, these hot water gas will make the pipe wall or valve serious wear. Therefore, it must be replaced regularly. However, these operations caused workers to suffer radiation pollution.
After the nuclear power plant inserts fuel rods, it will only operate once and the interior will be filled with radioactive material. When entering the scene, the workers must take off all the clothes and put on protective clothing to enter the field. The role of protective clothing is not to protect workers, but to ensure that radiation is not taken out of the nuclear power plant. Because the equipment used to measure radiation doses from workers' bodies is actually worn inside the protective clothing, not outside!
Workers surrounded by heavy protective gear must work under the high psychological pressure of fear of radiation pollution. In this kind of environment, it is absolutely impossible to maintain good job quality. Take the most basic lock screw; I will caution the worker before the job: “The lock will be tight on the corner, and the radiation will not leak.†But their work field is a high-risk area full of radiation. After entering for a few minutes, the radiation measuring instrument worn on the body will emit a high-decibel bell, warning the worker to leave immediately. Before entering the scene, we will inform workers that the area today can wait a few minutes. But there was no clock at the scene, and workers could not carry their own watches because of radiation pollution problems. Everyone wants to leave before the alarm rings. The whole heart is worried that now is a few minutes in the end? Is the bell ringing? What kind of screw he wants to lock in the opposite corner, anyway, just lock it up. People can't work precisely in this kind of environment, but what do you think would bring about the consequences?
"Radiation energy is directly discharged into the sea"
The regular maintenance of nuclear power is mostly in winter. After the maintenance is completed, dozens of tons of radioactive waste water will be discharged directly into the sea. In normal operation, there is also a large amount of waste hot water of tens of tons per minute discharged into the sea. However, the government or power companies are always full of assurances that nuclear power is absolutely safe, and the people who have been there for a long time are also not concerned about the environmental impact of nuclear power.
The protective clothing worn by the workers must be washed with water, and all the waste water is discharged into the sea. The high value of the radiation at the outlet is not so good, but the fishermen fish there. If we do not face this issue, letting more nuclear power plants cover more and more, then the fruits are inconceivable.
"The radiation pollution in the body is the most terrible."
Everything in the nuclear island is radioactive material. Each substance releases radiation energy that harms the body, and of course even dust. If the body surface is stained with radioactive material, it is okay to rinse it. However, if it is inhaled through the nose and mouth, it will bring several times the risk to the human body. The cleaner who is responsible for sweeping the nuclear island area is usually the highest risk group.
Radioactive substances that enter the body usually leave the body with sweat or urine within 3 to 5 days. However, the circulation of these substances in the body can cause a blow to the human body; moreover, they will not be completely eliminated from the body. Radiation energy accumulated over many years will bring disease.
Those who have visited nuclear power facilities should have seen the spotless clean-up of nuclear power. The power company's staff always proudly said: "The nuclear power plant is beautiful and clean!" This is a matter of course. If dust is scattered, it will expand radiation pollution!
I suffered more than 100 in vivo radiation pollution and eventually got cancer. I used to fear the coming death. But my mother encouraged me that there are no more terrible things than death. So I decided to stand up before my death and publicize all the things I know.
"Different operating environment"
No matter how much trace energy is emitted, it will accumulate in the human body for a long time. However, the so-called radiation health management stipulates that the amount of exposure in one year does not exceed 50 mSv. This is a very scary thing. Because we divide this amount by 365 days, we calculate the amount of exposure that can be done in a day. According to this algorithm, some highly polluted areas in the nuclear island area can only go 5 to 7 minutes a day. But such a short time simply cannot complete the work. Therefore, we will ask workers to expose the amount of three weeks to one month in one breath in order to successfully complete the work. We did not expect this short-term ten to twenty-tenths, which would bring us diseases such as leukemia or cancer. Power companies do not tell us these things at all.
Remember that once there was a loose screw in the running nuclear power unit. The amount of radiation emitted during the operation of nuclear power is quite alarming. In order to lock this screw, we prepared thirty people. The thirty people lined up seven meters away from the screw and heard the words “prepare, run!†and then rushed to lock them. Once there, they would count three times and the bells of the meter would collapse. The gong sounded. The time was too tight, and even someone rushed to find the wrench and the bell rang. This screw only locks three turns and has already spent 160 manpower and 4 million yen. Some people may find it strange that why not stop and repair the nuclear power plant? As long as nuclear power is stopped for one day, it will bring in hundreds of millions of dollars in losses. The power company will not do this kind of loss. In the eyes of businesses, money is more important than human life.
The five-hour “absolute safety†education for workers who work for the first time at a nuclear power plant must receive about five hours of radiation management courses. The biggest purpose of this course is to relieve the uneasiness of the heart. They will never say how dangerous a nuclear power plant is. They will only stress that the government has strict management and all these things are peace of mind. "There are anti-nuclear elements in the society who love to say that radiation can cause diseases such as leukemia or cancer, but all that is a lie. Those people are all frauds. You just have to follow the government's regulations and there will be no problem." Education will last about five hours.
Of course, this is not limited to the internals of nuclear power. Electric power companies often promote this type of "absolute safety of nuclear power" education in the community. They sometimes invite celebrities to give speeches, sometimes through cultural activities such as cooking in classrooms, and sometimes reciting fine texts and illustrations. People who have been through the ages will gradually be tempted to become only worried that “no nuclear power will be available and we will have no electricity availableâ€.
For the past two decades, I have performed this education that is better than the Aum Shinrikyo education for new employees. I do not know how many people I killed. Nuclear power workers are always confident in the safety of nuclear power. Even if their physical condition deteriorates, they are not considered to be related to nuclear power. Because they never know the true horror of radioactivity. Each worker continues to suffer from radiation pollution every day. The task of the person in charge is to hide these things and prevent them or the outside world from knowing the information.
I have been engaged in this kind of work for many years, and the pressure has been increasing. I can only rely on alcohol solace, and I drink more and more every night. I also often ask myself, for whom and why do I have to spend such days full of lies every day? After a flash of 20 years, even his own body has been broken by radiation erosion.
"When a nuclear power plant accident happens, who is going to save it?"
On one occasion, a worker at the Fukushima nuclear power plant of Tokyo Electric Power accidentally cut a large amount of blood on his forehead. Because the situation is critical, non-immediate care should not be given. The hurried power company staff immediately called for an ambulance, but forgot that he had just come out of the highly polluted area. The body was full of radioactive energy, and even the protective clothing did not come off. The medical staff who came to first aid also lacked knowledge and sent the patient directly to the hospital without any cleaning. As a result, all doctors and nurses who came into contact with him were contaminated by radiation. Even ambulances, hospital beds and other things were no exception. The entire village almost fell into a panic.
Everyone saw that when they were seriously injured, they would rescue them subconsciously. Colorless, odorless and radiant energy was easily overlooked. It's just one person who has turned upside down. If a major accident occurs in a nuclear power plant and a large number of residents are exposed to radiation pollution, who will rescue them? This is by no means a matter for others, but it is a question that must be shared by all nationals.
"Accidental Meibin Nuclear Power Plant Accident"
Nuclear accidents are often ignored intentionally or unintentionally. Everyone knows that the Sanyo Island was in the wake of the Chebi, but it is not known that there have been major nuclear accidents in Japan. One of the things that I was most impressed with was the shredding accident at the Kansai Nuclear Power Plant in 1991. The atomic furnace contains radioactive cooling water, which leaks into the sea because of tiny pipes broken. It is only 0.7 seconds. The atomic furnace that loses its cooling will be rushed like a car Nobi. Fortunately, the staff on duty was an experienced employee. He took the opportunity to decisively open the ECCS (emergency heart cooling device) manually and avoided a major tragedy. You know, ECCS is the last line of defense for nuclear power plants. The Meibin nuclear power plant accident that was blocked by the ECCS system can be said to be a large bus carrying a population of 100 million people in Japan. It ran at a speed of more than one hundred kilometers on the highway, and the hi-hat car was also ineffective. Live, finally crashed into the cliff before finally stopping the car a big accident. I can only speak Japanese, oh no, people in the world are too fortunate.
At the end of the investigation, it was discovered that it was originally a set of parts that could not be inserted into the unit at the time of the accident, resulting in no automatic shutdown of the atomic furnace in the event of a high temperature climb. This is a construction mistake. But no one has ever discovered that this crew, which has been in operation for more than two decades, has this fatal flaw. This also means that at the time of construction, it was not constructed according to the original design. Those who are too long are cut off and those who are too short are forced to pull things. The unexpected events of these designers occurred naturally at the project site and also led to an endless number of nuclear power accidents.
"Major accident of the Manju test furnace"
The full-scale high-speed multiplication tester Monjyu, in 1995, had a major accident of liquid sodium leakage. (Annotation: High-speed proliferation furnace uses helium as a nuclear fuel. é’¸ is a radioactive material produced during nuclear fission. It does not exist in nature and is venomous. It is carcinogenic. It can generate huge energy when it splits, so it is suitable for making nuclear weapons. Nuclear power plants have pure water as the coolant, but high-speed proliferation furnaces must use extremely dangerous liquid sodium to achieve the cooling effect.Junshu was stopped for about 15 years after the accident.Although the trial was successfully restarted in 2010. However, a huge part above the atomic furnace fell off later, directly hitting the hearth. Since the furnace was highly contaminated by radiation, it was difficult to remove the missing part. The damage inside the hearth could not be grasped. The furnace is still uncertain.)
This is not the first accident in the furnace. In fact, from the beginning of the construction period, accidents have been frequent. Because the supervisor and the supervisor at the scene and the people inside are my former men, everything will happen to me. Although I had already resigned, I was afraid that the nuclear power incident would cause irreparable tragedies. As a result, I ran the Liuqi Wenshu furnace around the construction period.
One time they called and said, "A pipe is not fit anyway. Can you please check it out?" Once it was found, the pipe was completely in line with the original design dimensions, and the surrounding parts were also installed. But how can it not be installed? Then I thought for a while before I realized it. The furnace is designed by Hitachi, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Fuji Electric and other manufacturers, and the specifications of each manufacturer are different. After opening the design, you can find that Hitachi's design maps unconditionally places units under 0.5mm, while Toshiba and Mitsubishi enter unconditionally. Although it is a small 0.5mm, several hundred places add up to a considerable amount. The error. This is why the construction of the map is clearly done, but it does not make sense. In the end, no way but to call them all redo. After all, this atomic furnace is burdened with the prestige of the Japanese nation. It is necessary to spend some money on it.
It is a matter of course that accidents can occur in this assembled nuclear furnace. On the contrary, it was unbelievable if nothing happened. However, the government has repeatedly played down the seriousness of the accident. Even some accidents are called "phenomena." Once an accident occurred, when the power company reported in the county council, it changed its habit and said, "About this phenomenon...", I was angry at the prefectural assemblyman and shouted: "What happened? This is an accident! Accidents!†Under the leadership of this government, it is no wonder that the national perception of nuclear power is getting lower and lower.
"What happened to Japan's nuclear weapons?"
Japan, which does not have the capacity to reprocess nuclear fuel, sent the nuclear fuel to France for processing, which resulted in the extraction of highly dangerous plutonium. It is estimated that 1.4 tons of plutonium will be used in the Wenshu furnace, while the one in the Nagasaki nuclear explosion will contain only 8 kilograms. Please think about how many tablets of Monju can do?
Most Japanese do not know that in 1995, France diverted these plutonium from Japan to the South Pacific for nuclear explosion tests. There are also many people who do not know that the reprocessing cost is the second largest project in France and Japan. Japan is the only country in the world that has suffered a nuclear explosion. It has repeatedly shouted its opposition to nuclear weapons, but allowed nuclear waste from the country to become nuclear weapons, bringing radiation disasters to the people of Tahiti.
All countries in the United States, Britain, and Germany have already suspended all high-speed proliferation furnace research projects due to safety concerns and economic issues. Among them, Germany has transformed its already-constructed atomic furnace into an amusement park, bringing new conditions to the region. All countries in the world believe that we cannot use electricity to produce electricity, but only Japan still insists on continuing to develop the Manjusri furnace.
Why is Japan so stubborn? Because the government of this country lacks the courage to stop a wrong policy. Take the nuclear energy policy as a whole, Japan had not had a forward-looking plan when it began to develop nuclear power. It has been several decades since now and it is not even known where waste is lost. Young people are gradually no longer willing to use nuclear engineering technology, resulting in a serious fault in human resources.
Wujiu Shimamura, the former director of atomic forces, wrote a book entitled "Atomic Power Handouts" after retirement. He said: "The Japanese government's nuclear energy policy is just to justify itself. In fact, there is no problem of power shortage. We dare not expressly decline it. In the United States, Japan has covered too many nuclear power plants in one fell swoop, and it has done a lot of work on its own. I do not know what to do. All countries in the world are skeptical about whether Japan wants to engage in nuclear weapons. The government has to prove its innocence. Only by having to build more nuclear power plants to consume these hot potatoes.†This is the real face of Japan’s country.
"Nuclear power plants that cannot be dismantled without waste furnaces"
There are many old nuclear power plants in Japan, but the government does not know how to deal with them and can only let them continue to operate. Nuclear power, originally full of radioactive energy, was not intended to be shut off. There is a 100-watt atomic test furnace inside Musashi Institute of Technology in Kanagawa Prefecture. It was disabled because it was old and caused radiation leakage. As a result, the calculated repair cost is 2 billion yen, and the spent furnace costs 6 billion yen, which exceeds the university's entire budget. Now the school has to put it there and wait for the radio energy to decline before it can be sorted out.
Ordinary commercial atomic furnaces are up to 1 million watts. It's unacceptable.
""Close", monitor, manage"
Why can't the atomic furnace be easily scrapped or removed? Because the nuclear power unit is filled with a large amount of water vapor and cooling water, if left unattended after shutdown, the water vapor will immediately rust the parts and then cause the metal to produce holes and emit radioactive energy. Once a nuclear power plant has been operated once by inserting nuclear fuel rods, the entire nuclear power plant will become a large radioactive object. Waste furnace, demolition, easier said than done? Even if the robot is put into operation, it will immediately be short-circuited due to radioactivity.
There are many advanced countries in the world that "turn off" domestic nuclear power plants. Because they can't be scrapped and demolished. Only "closed". To shut down a nuclear power plant is to turn off the generator and remove the nuclear fuel rods. But the real highlight begins here.
In order to prevent the internal parts of the unit from rusting, radiation leakage is caused. Even if power is no longer generated, water must be introduced into the system to maintain the operation of the machinery. When the water pressure causes the piping to wear, or the parts are damaged, it must also be repaired to avoid radiation leakage. These operations must continue until the internal radiation energy of nuclear power has completely decayed.
Do power companies really improve and manage these uneconomical waste nuclear power plants? Instead of thinking about how old nuclear power plants are handled, they will only plan to add new nuclear power plants. I have to say that this country is really crazy. There are dozens of nuclear power units in Japan that will soon reach their end of life. Will it be fearful for the whereabouts of these nuclear powers? Is it only me?
"Indiscriminate radioactive waste"
After the nuclear power plant operates, radioactive waste is continuously generated every day. Among these are the so-called low-level nuclear wastes. Although the name is low-grade, there are also highly toxic substances that are at risk for five hours beside the nuclear waste barrel. At the beginning, power companies also dropped low-level nuclear waste into the sea. When I was at work at the Donghae Nuclear Power Plant in Ibaraki prefecture, the operators there placed the trucks of nuclear waste on trucks, transported them to the ships, and finally threw them into the sea off Chiba. I often think that these steel barrels should be rusted in less than a year after being thrown into the sea. What's going wrong with the nuclear waste inside? The fish nearby do not know what will happen?
Now, Japan has taken all its low-grade nuclear waste to the nuclear burning base in Rokkasho-gun, Aomori Prefecture. The government expects to bury 3 million barrels of nuclear waste there for 300 years. But who can predict how these barrels will become after 300 years? Did 300 years later manage those wastes?
The other is high-level nuclear waste, that is, used nuclear fuel rods, and radioactive waste that remains after the thorium is extracted after reprocessing. These high-level nuclear waste (liquid) must be cured together with the glass and enclosed in a sturdy metal container. Humans will die if they stand for two minutes next to the container. It is then necessary to cool these continuously dissipating hot wastes for 30 to 50 years. After the temperature is lowered, bury it in the depth of several hundred meters, store it for more than 10,000 years! It is no wonder that no country in the world can find the ultimate storage site for high-level nuclear waste.
As for the nuclear power plant itself, it will also become a huge radioactive waste after shutdown. If you want to dismantle nuclear power, you will have up to tens of thousands of tons of radioactive waste. We do not even know where to lose the general industrial waste. What should these nuclear waste do?
When I spoke in Hokkaido, I mentioned that nuclear waste must be managed for 50 years, 300 years, and so on. At that time, a small girl in the country raised her hand and said, "What are you talking about for 50 years and 300 years? It's not like you and adults. It's not all of you, you or we children or grandchildren! I hate it!†The adults present were suddenly speechless.
"Persons feared and discriminated against by radiation pollution"
"Nuclear power plants will not cause any radiation pollution." This lie has been repeated for decades. Now, more and more evidence makes nuclear power groups unable to lie down.
The towering exhaust pipe of the nuclear power plant continuously discharges radioactive energy gas 24 hours a day. The surrounding residents are exposed to radiation pollution every day.
I have received a letter from a 23-year-old woman. She said: "I left the country to go to work in Tokyo. After meeting good objects and even getting married, he suddenly said that he should break up. He said he liked me very much and wanted to be with me. But his parents Tell him that I grew up in Tsuruga, Fukui Prefecture, where there are many nuclear power plants. I heard that the children living near the nuclear power plant are prone to leukemia. They are afraid that their grandchildren will be so, so we are not allowed to get married. What kind of bad things have you done?
Please think about it. If one day, your own children fall in love with the residents near the nuclear power plant, can you sincerely bless them? Discrimination from nuclear power plants is happening around us. It is one thing to worry about accidents in nuclear power. Even if nothing happens, this kind of discrimination will spread to people's consciousness at any time. So I hate nuclear power. Nuclear power destroys not only the environment, but also the hearts of people. â€
Finally, I want to say something that shocked me for a long time. This is what happened when I spoke at Gongwa-cho near the mooring plant in Hokkaido. We can forget all the words spoken today, but please remember to say what I want to say next.
The speech of that day was held at night and about 300 people came to the meeting. There are parents, but also school teachers, even the middle school, high school students have come. At the end of the speech, I asked the audience to ask questions. At this time, a girl from the National University raised her hand while she cried in tears:
"The adults here today * are all hypocritical people who have good faces! I will come today to see if these adults are really angry. Especially if you come to this type of gathering, you are ordinary. It is a favorite to discuss some pesticide issues, golf course issues, nuclear power issues, saying everything is for children, and what you say is that you are trying to exercise.
I live in Gonghe-cho near the nuclear power plant and are contaminated by radiation for 24 hours. I read in the book that children near the nuclear power plant and the nuclear fuel reprocessing plant in the United Kingdom have a high incidence of leukemia. I am a girl. When I grow up, I want to marry and have children. You talk about it. Is it okay for me to have children in the future? She cried and said that no one could answer the adults present.
"You all said that nuclear power plants are terrible. So why wait until the nuclear power plants are fully operational before telling us these things here? Why didn't we just desperately put it down when we started the construction? Now the No. 2 machine in the power plant has When it started to work, what did you guys do in the end? Even if electricity is not available, I hate nuclear power!"
"I really don't know what it means for you to be here today. If I'm an adult and I have children, I must fight this life and I have to stop the nuclear power plant."
"Now that the No. 2 machine is in operation, I will suffer double radiation pollution, but I do not intend to flee my hometown."
Then I asked, "Did you talk to your mom or teacher about your troubles?" She said, "My mother and teacher are all on the scene today, but I didn't talk to them. The girls in the class are talking about this topic. We are all scared that we can't get married in the future and we can't have children."
This issue must not only occur within five kilometers and ten kilometers of the scope of the nuclear disaster set by the government. Nearly 50 kilometers away from the nuclear power plant and 100 kilometers away from the nuclear power plant, countless national high school students hold similar troubles. I hope you will realize this matter.
"With nuclear power, you cannot live in peace."
Having said that, you should have a new understanding of nuclear power plants, right?
The car Connaught accident is already a thing of the past. "We want to maintain the functions of the city life and ensure energy stability. Although it is a bit dangerous, we need a nuclear power plant." People who live in big cities, in particular, are more likely to accept this idea.
However, the idea is that the state and power companies have amassed large budgets and strive to implement "nuclear power is the peaceful use of nuclear energy." "We strictly control nuclear power and we will never do anything!" "Island-based countries lack resources and nuclear energy has absolute Necessity "and so on" the result of education. The affair of things is always hidden under the table.
As everyone here knows, the nuclear power plant has a very hard time. Doesn't it matter if there is no problem? What is the peaceful use of nuclear energy? As long as there are nuclear power workers like me who suffer from cancer, as long as there are neighboring residents who have been discriminated against, nuclear power will never be called peaceful use.
Please think again about nuclear waste that needs to be supervised for thousands of years. Managing nuclear waste also requires electricity and oil. The total energy use at that time definitely exceeds the energy generated by nuclear power. And it is not us who are responsible for managing these things, but the descendants of future generations. What kind of peaceful use is this?
I want to ask all of you to get up early every day and look carefully at the face of your child or grandson. Think again about the country’s policy of actively developing nuclear power. In Japan, especially in the earthquake zone, not only the nuclear power plant accident, but also must guard against the impact of the large earthquake. If this continues, there will be an irreparable tragedy sooner or later.
Therefore, I firmly oppose continuing to build new nuclear power plants. The operating nuclear power plants must also be shut down one by one.
As long as nuclear power exists, true peace cannot come to the world. Please leave the beautiful earth to the children! â€

Please leave the beautiful earth to the children! â€
