b) PC is sensitive to temperature, and the melt viscosity decreases significantly with increasing temperature. Barrel temperature: 250-320 ° C, (not exceeding 350 ° C), appropriate increase of the barrel temperature is beneficial to plasticization;
c) Mold temperature control: 85-120 ° C, the mold temperature should be high to reduce the difference between mold temperature and material temperature to reduce the internal stress of the rubber parts. *** Although the mold temperature is high, although the internal stress is lowered, it is easy to stick to the mold. And make the molding cycle long;
d) Poor fluidity, high pressure injection is required, but it is necessary to take into account the large internal stress of the rubber parts (may lead to cracking). Injection speed: the wall thickness is taken at medium speed, and the wall is thin and high speed;
e) Internal stress annealing if necessary: ​​oven temperature 125-135 ° C, time 2Hrs, naturally cooled to normal temperature;
