First: stamping process
Goal: Produce a variety of body stamping parts
The following is a roll of automotive special steel plate that is neatly placed and has a thickness ranging from 1.0mm to 1.2mm. The steel plate of this roll will undergo a magical change.
First of all, the whole roll of steel plate should be cut into several pieces of different sizes, and sorted and sorted so as to have different uses.
Steels of different sizes are subjected to a trimming process. It is then distributed to each press and the next step is carried out.
The flat steel is reshaped by the press and pressed into various stamping parts on the body.
The pressed front fenders are neatly placed in the finished area for use.

At this point, a batch of automotive steel sheets have become body parts with complex shapes and structures. They were then sent to the welding shop and entered the next process.
Second: welding process
Goal: Weld various body stamping parts into finished body
In the welding shop, a variety of body parts are combined here, and another key process - welding.
After each welding is completed, the worker's master must carefully check the welding situation.
Harvard's body welding also uses a large number of industrial robots, which greatly improves efficiency and reduces the risk of mistakes.
After the body is welded, the welding is further checked.
After confirming that there is no problem with the welding, the body-in-white will be sent to the paint shop for the next process.
Third: Painting process
Goal: Prevent body rust and make the body look beautiful
The assembled body is hoisted into the paint shop and subjected to electrophoresis and anti-rust treatment.
After the electrophoresis anti-rust treatment, the workers also need to clean the surface of the car body to find out if there are any defects, and prepare for the next paint.
Because the paint contains a lot of toxic substances, and the artificial painting is inefficient and wastes paint, the Haval painting process has been completed by robots.
At this point, the body painting process is over, and the painted body will be sent to the assembly shop for the final process.
Fourth: final assembly process
Purpose: Assemble the various parts of the body, chassis and interior to form a complete car
Originally shipped to the assembly shop should be the chassis assembly including the engine gearbox. But it is necessary to understand how the chassis assembly is assembled, so start with Harvard's girders.
Steering systems and other components that are not easily installed need to be installed on Harvard's girders.
This process is to install components such as suspension links to the vehicle.

After the rear axle is installed, install a coil spring on it. Note that many similar off-road vehicles use leaf springs.
Next is the double fork boom suspension before installation.
The next step is to install the fuel tank. Haval's fuel tank has a volume of more than 80 liters.
Note that the chassis at this time is reversed and must be flipped 180° before proceeding to the next step. Therefore, this procedure is to install a temporary lifting hook on the chassis.

The chassis segment has come to an end, and the domestically produced off-road vehicles are basically non-loaded bodies. In other words, the body does not carry the force of the entire car, so these off-road vehicles have a chassis. With a solid chassis, you can do better off-road activities.

From the painting workshop, the lacquered car shell is hoisted to the interior section of the assembly shop by means of a conveyor chain for interior installation.
Install interior parts such as door seals

Install the body on the interior assembly line, hoist it to the chassis section, and then combine it for the next process.

As a result, the interior part is basically completed. Now Harvard is already a complete car, but it can't go to the transported cart now, and there are some processes waiting for it.
Fifth: Testing <br> Objective: To identify potential quality problems during production assembly and to reject defective products as much as possible
Haval is basically a complete car, but the workers have to ensure that it can not be sick. So open the engine compartment and check the parts inside.
Then add necessary liquids such as antifreeze, booster oil, glass water and lubricating oil.

Although the quality of the paint surface has been checked during the spraying process, it must be inspected once before leaving the factory to see if the paint surface is damaged during the final assembly process.
Next, in order to verify that there is no problem during the assembly process, four-wheel alignment detection is also required. The exhaust emission test is to comply with relevant national environmental regulations.
Vehicles that have passed the test shall also be driven to the shower room for sealing performance testing. Here, the amount of water sprayed from the nozzle is several times larger than the amount of rain that usually rains. In order to check the sealing performance of the vehicle.
After passing the tested car, the next process can be carried out. Unqualified cars are returned directly to the production line for reloading.
Vehicles that pass the test shall also be tested on various test lanes in the factory to ensure the quality of the vehicle.
