Secondary water supply test

Secondary water supply is currently the only option for high-rise water supply. It is often said that the secondary water supply refers to the form in which the unit or individual supplies the city public water supply or self-built facilities through storage, pressurization, and then through the pipeline for users or for their own use.

Regarding the requirements for secondary water supply testing, the national health department clearly stipulates that the water supply responsible unit should regularly inspect the water quality and register the inspection results. The water quality testing work shall be undertaken by a third party with the qualification of inspection.

1. The sampling point is set at the raw water inlet, the equipment outlet, and the tip water.

2. Water quality inspection project:

(1) Required items: color, pH, turbidity, odor and taste, visible to the naked eye, sulfate, chloride, ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, volatile phenols, oxygen consumption, total hardness , iron, manganese, copper, lead, total number of colonies, total coliforms, heat-resistant coliforms, Escherichia coli. (

2) Selection of test items: If necessary, the relevant inspection items and disinfection by-products can be measured according to the type of water tank and the disinfection method.

3. Frequency of monitoring: once a year.
