Comprehensive management of coal-fired boilers will continue to be the focus of the country's attention in the future. Chemical industry, papermaking, printing and dyeing, tanning, pharmacy and other industrial agglomeration areas will gradually eliminate decentralized coal-fired boilers through the centralized construction of cogeneration units. The energy industry should support atmospheric governance. For example, 40% of the newly added natural gas will be used to replace coal for small and medium-sized coal-fired facilities. By 2017, the natural gas replacement and reconstruction of coal-fired boilers, industrial kilns, and self-provided coal-fired power stations will be completed. By 2020, it will accumulatively meet the gas demand for coal-to-gas conversion projects by 112 billion cubic meters.

To solve these problems, petrochemical enterprises should comply with national environmental protection laws and regulations and do a good job in environmental protection; comprehensively promote responsible care, establish a good corporate image; do a good job in cleaner production and pollution discharge; carry out environmental protection training to improve employees' environmental awareness; adopt advanced cleanliness Production and environmental protection technologies reduce pollution.

Li Zhengxian, deputy secretary-general of the China Pesticide Industry Association, analyzed how the pesticide industry responded to the new Environmental Protection Law. He pointed out that China's pesticide industry wastewater treatment basic norms, waste gas treatment has just begun, solid waste management problems and risk. Therefore, enterprises and institutions must achieve “seven nominations”, that is, they must not be approved for construction in advance, and must not illegally discharge pollutants by way of evasive supervision through dark pipes, and must not produce, sell, or transfer the use of processes, equipment, and products that severely pollute the environment. The pollutants that do not meet the standards shall be applied to the farmland, and the pesticides that are prohibited from production and use by the state shall be prohibited from producing and using, and shall not be allowed to exceed the standard or exceed the total discharge of pollutants, nor may they be illegally discharged.
