(3) In the production, because the discharge port is too small, it is prone to blockage. If the water is washed in the upper part of the crusher head, the humidity of the ore is increased, and the sieve hole is easily blocked, thereby reducing the screening efficiency.

Small size of the mesh hole is also prone to the following disadvantages:

(1) The effective area of ​​the sieve is relatively reduced, and the screening efficiency is lowered.

(2) The phenomenon of blocking the screen hole is serious.

(3) While the screen hole is reduced, the diameter of the screen wire is also reduced, so that the wear is fast and the use period of the sieve is reduced.
