Community security upgrade, monitoring the old "three no community" to increase the camera

The old community security construction project promotion meeting was informed that the security construction construction project of the old community was fully launched. At the end of this year, the city will complete the construction and reconstruction of 147 old districts included in the annual plan. From 2014 to 2015, the city will complete the construction and reconstruction tasks of the remaining old communities in accordance with the schedule.

Statistics show that as of now, the city has 934 communities, of which 562 old cells account for more than half of the total number of cells. Among these old communities, many communities have problems such as lack of infrastructure, low construction standards, and inadequate daily management systems. Especially in some open or semi-closed communities, security issues are worrying.

In response to this situation, the city has carried out pilot projects for safety prevention construction projects in some communities since last year. This year, on the basis of the comprehensive investigation of the city's old districts, the department has officially launched the “three-year plan” for the construction of the city's old community security construction.

It is understood that in 2013, a total of 147 old and planned communities will be built and renovated, involving 49,912 households. Among them, Xinpu District has a large share, and a total of 106 communities are included in this year's annual plan. The scope of security construction includes three parts: infrastructure, security facilities and public service facilities.

Among them, the infrastructure mainly includes three parts: wall construction, lighting facilities and parking lots. According to the requirements, the new wall pattern of the old community should meet the planning requirements and the overall style of the city. The repairing and rebuilding should be as consistent as possible with the original wall. The goal is to transform the current semi-closed and open community into a fully enclosed community. In terms of lighting facilities, the surrounding roads in the community, the main roads in the community, and the street lights on the inside of the courtyard walls, that is, the corridor sound control lights, will be improved to ensure the visibility of the community at night. In addition, some old communities will also have a parking lot that is specially guarded for the residents of the community to park their non-motor vehicles.

Security facilities include a guard duty room, video surveillance, and prevention facilities. Among them, the construction of the guard duty room will give full play to the advantages of civil air defense; video surveillance will be fully covered in the entrances and exits of the community, parking lots and key parts of the easy-to-send case, and will be classified and connected to the city's management platform. In addition, it will guide and mobilize community residents to install security doors and windows, unit electronic intercom security doors, building water pipes (gas pipes) to prevent stabbing, etc., and improve property facilities.

It is reported that the safety and prevention construction project is an important measure for the city to build a people's livelihood government and a responsible government.
