Fault 2: The filtered liquid is still very turbid
There are many factors that cause this phenomenon: the filter aid is too rough, the surface of the filter is damaged, the screen frame is not pressed against the screen, there is a gap, the O-ring at the filter is damaged or the seal is not good, and the filtration pressure is unstable. Solid impurities remain in the liquid discharge pipe.
Remedy: If the filter aid particles are too rough, the filter aid particles should be adjusted; the screen of the filter is broken, it can be taken out, inserted into the oil hole with a spare plug, and the spacer is placed at the cross position of the removed filter support. It is used to replace the filter; the O-ring of the filter is damaged, and the new O-ring can be replaced; in operation, it must be carried out in strict accordance with each procedure. Fault 3: The filtration pressure rises too fast and the filtration cycle is too short
This type of failure is mostly caused by blockage of the filter. The cause of this failure may be that the filter aid is too fine or the pump flow is too large at the beginning. If the filter is not clogged and the pressure is still rising rapidly, the filtration cycle is still very short, and a large amount of filter aid can be added to the filtrate to be added, usually in an amount of 2% by weight of the suspension.
