The controller is a single-system air source heat pump water heater dedicated controller, which is composed of a line controller and a control board. The line controller is a standard 86-type installation panel, which uses LCD to display temperature and other data, and can modify the control parameters by pressing the button; the control board has three temperature sensor inputs: water temperature sensor, evaporator sensor and exhaust temperature sensor, one way switch External alarm signal input, three-way control output: compressor, defrosting and evaporator fan. The specific functions are as follows:
1. Water temperature control: control according to temperature set value and hysteresis, limit temperature setting range, and control output protection delay;
2, defrosting control: according to the evaporator temperature and time control defrosting start and stop, can effectively defrosting and ensure the normal operation of the system, manual defrosting;
3, exhaust high temperature protection: when the compressor exhaust temperature is too high, the unit can be stopped, and the evaporator fan can be controlled according to the exhaust temperature;
4. External alarm: The unit can be suspended when an external alarm occurs. The alarm input can be set to “closed validâ€, “open valid†or “disabledâ€;
5. Timing control: It can be set to run in the timing control mode when starting up, wherein the working period is heating, and the standby period does not heat;
6. Other functions: When the real-time clock is powered off, it can go normally. When the power is turned on, the state of the switch can be selected, the refrigerant is charged and recovered, and the sensor is viewed.
