The location and environment of the air cooler inside the cold storage will affect its operation. Generally, the chiller near the cold storage door is prone to dew condensation. Since the environment is at the door position, the hot air flow enters the door when the door is opened, and when it encounters the air cooler, condensation and frost formation occur, and even ice is formed. Although the air cooler can automatically heat the defrosting at regular intervals, if the door opening is too frequent, the opening time is too long, the hot air entering time is long and the number is large, and the fan defrosting effect is not good. Because the defrosting time of the air cooler can not be too long, the cooling time will be relatively shortened, the cooling effect will be poor, and the storage temperature will not be guaranteed.
Common problems with installation, maintenance, and cold storage of large cold storage refrigeration equipment are as follows:
1) The refrigeration compressor unit has no vibration reduction installation, or the vibration reduction effect is not good.
According to the installation specification, the overall vibration damping device of the machine should be installed. If the vibration reduction is not standardized or there is no vibration reduction measures, the vibration of the machine will be severe, and the pipe will be cracked, the equipment will be damaged, and even the equipment room will be damaged. (Condenser high compressor low)
2) There is no or no oil return bend in the refrigerant line.
When the pipeline conveying the refrigerant turns upward from the lateral direction, it must be made into a small bend, that is, a U-bend, which is first to hang down and then upward, so that the pipeline is qualified only upwards, and cannot be directly made into a 90-degree steering upward. Otherwise, the oil in the system can not be returned to the compressor very well, and a large amount of oil is deposited in the air cooler, so that the fan and the entire system can not function properly, and even damage the fan and unit equipment.

Steel structure part: The combined cold storage exterior protection structure adopts large span light door steel structure. Designed and manufactured according to national standards, and all are factory prefabricated, all metal components on the site are connected by high-strength bolts and ordinary bolts. The roof is made of self-waterproof profiled steel plate with ventilated windows and roof ventilators at the ridge.
Electrical control
Cold storage lighting: It is composed of moisture-proof lamps, lighting switches and ~220/36 transformers.
Transformer: Provides a safe and stable ~36V power supply for cold storage lighting, door antifreeze heaters, and sewage antifreeze heaters. (Note: If the user requires the cold storage lighting with indicator light, the lighting will use ~220V lighting system.)
Door antifreeze heater: It is to prevent the door from being opened together with the cold storage at low temperature.
Anti-freeze heater for sewage: It is to prevent the defrost water from freezing in the sewer pipe, so that the defrost water cannot be discharged. Under normal circumstances, the low temperature combined cold storage is prone to freezing, and the heating wire should be used. Medium temperature combined cold storage is generally not required.
Ceiling fan control system: The fan is used to force heat exchange. Generally, it is controlled by a temperature limit switch to ensure that the evaporator starts to run at a certain temperature, and it is interlocked with the defrost control to ensure that the fan stops running during the defrost process.
Defrost heater: removes frost from the ceiling fan evaporator to improve heat exchange efficiency. It is controlled by the defrost time controller. The termination mode is the temperature termination mode controlled by the defrost temperature limit switch and the time termination mode controlled by the defrost time controller.
