Method of dissolve material:
- Cold method to dissolve material: join film to about 30ºC water gradually based on 6-10% ratio under stirring, keep stirring for 3-5min to make it disperse, then allowed to stand soaking for 1-2h, then stirring in low speed to be uniform slurry, for further use.
- Warm method to dissolve material: join film to water under room temperature gradually based on 6-10% ratio, keep stirring for 3-5min, then heated to 50-60ºC gradually, continue stirring in low speed to be uniform slurry, cool down for further use.
-  Padding method: 2-3g/L, temperature 30-40ºC, once dip once rolling or twice dip twice rolling
-  Dipping method: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40-50ºC, 15-30min.
- Â Specially suitable for knitted, woven, polyester/cotton fabrics soft, give garment washing effects of soft and smooth.
- Â Can be used for yarn lubrication, sanding, fleece, make fluff smooth.
- Â For cotton and chemical fiber products finishing, which can get excellent soft and smoothness.
- Â Please do sample test before use.
- Â When using, please do optimize process test and choose best technology combined equipment and fabric type.
- Â When fight use with Other softener or dyeing finishing agent, please do compatibility test firstly, to be achieve ideal purpose.
