TUNGALOY (formerly Toshiba Tungsten) was launched! 12.5～54.0mm, L/D=2, 3, 4, 5 TDX series of indexable drill bits. This tool has its six characteristics:
1. A blade has 4 tips for cutting. The center edge and the circumferential edge can be indexed and the economy is good;
2, the ideal balance design can inhibit the vibration of the cutting tool when cutting, can achieve stable processing;
3, the use of a new three-dimensional chipbreaker blade, suitable for processing from ordinary steel to difficult processing of mild steel and stainless steel;
4. The shape of the independent chip flutes can smoothly discharge the chips cut out by the central cutting edge which is likely to cause blockage.
5. The thickness of the blade is thicker than the previous blade, which improves the anti-breaking performance and prolongs the service life of the tool.
6. Due to the stable cutting and good chip removal, the machining accuracy can be improved and the finished surface roughness can be obtained.
